astrid
We're just back from 10 days in the Maritimes. Can I just say that I have fallen deeply in love with the oatcakes from Tim Horton's? Alas, we have no Tim Horton's. 'Tis tragic. I also tried "poutine." No thanks, but I appreciate the creativity. Astrid
Orthodox6
Poutine ?! When I visited my friend in Montreal last year, she described poutine, and my tummy rolled over in horror. In addition, I was soooo relieved to be a vegetarian, so that she could not insist that I "just try" tourtiere ! I remember her pointing out a Horton's as we drove past one. Hope you enjoyed your trip as much as I enjoyed mine last year !
mamapjama
I hear Tim Horton's is establishing new stores along the east coast of the USA. Maybe one will open up closer to you! Or you could open your own! We only have a handful of Starbucks here, but we have thousands of Tim Horton's. They have been the downfall of my weightloss battle for decaded
LMA
Tim Horton's is all over New England. They bought out a few chains in New England. They are in RI, MA, and CT. I've stopped at a couple in CT on the way back from Long Island. http://www.timhortons.com/ca/en/about/index.html Now, I don't know if the menu will be the same as what you had.... Still, being from New England, I DESPERATELY MISS DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!!!!! Please, if you EVER passing through the Maritimes again, bring me a dozen Kreme filled - PLEASE!!!! There's a DD at the Calais border that has the Kreme filled........
