I ordered some chemistry equipment from them early in the week and it arrived quickly and was very reasonably priced. I had a slight problem with one item and their customer service was awesome. When I've kept shipments (they always arrive in 3 or 4 days even though I'm in the 5 to 6 day zone) or when I've had total or partial returns . . . always fast and friendly service. Once, when I received, incredibly quickly (two days), a large order from them, I found that one item was missing. A very inexpensive wooden test tube holder. When I let them know about the missing item, they insisted on overnighting one to me. I protested that it was totally unnecessary to rush the item to me, but they insisted.
