In your opinion what makes a person likeable?

I like people I can trust, people that are honest, open, kind and interesting.

 

Some people like me, some don't, but then I don't like everyone I meet.

 

I guess it depends on the person :)

Sometimes I think it comes down to what you value... if you value friendliness and an cheerful attitude, you're going to find people with those traits likable. If you value honesty and a down to earth attitude, that's what you'll find likable.

 

For me personally, I like people who are down to earth, self-deprecating, and funny. If someone can make me laugh, that's the best, in my book.

 

As far as others finding me likeable, it depends on what they like. I would say that those who do find me likable probably value honesty and dependability. I guess I probably wouldn't find *me* very likable if I were someone else. :)

Actually, people probably do not consider me a likeable person. Especailly until they really get to know me.

 

I'm very quiet, very introverted, will sit all by myself in a room full of people, and I'm not that great at carrying on a conversation with people whom I don't know very very well. People may view me as stuck up and snobbish, but soooo far from that.

 

People who know my very well seem to like me though LOL. But you have to know me EXTREMELY well.

I THINK I am...LOL...but I dont have a ton of close friends. I think I give off a vibe.

 

But that might be a product of my environment (south florida):glare:
