DH and I come from very disfuntional families with histories of divorce, neglect and abuse, so hitting this milestone and having a happy family, healthy kids who love us and a great relationship between us is such a blessing. That's why I said it was the most important day of my life. Yesterday was the seal of proof that says we did it! We left the ugly stuff behind us, we stopped the cycle and we made the world a little better instead of a little worse! Boy, it sure feels good! Happy, happy day!
