Ok...I tried the bacon cooked in the oven....AND...

That's how I cook it now too. I can fit more in a cake pan than I can in the fry pan. There's no flipping needed. And, the bacon doesn't curl up.

 

How hot I cook it depends on how fast I want it. 350 works fine and takes a bit so you can cook other things at the same time. If I want it faster, I turn the oven up and watch it more closely (I've made extra extra crispy bacon by mistake before).
