  1. We went in September and stayed in West Yellowstone, Montana. I got the impression the hotels located in the park book early, and it's hard to get a room unless you are planning WAY ahead.
  2. Yes, we quit some time ago on the advice of my dd's autism doctor. I really miss grilled salmon and fish and chips.
  3. I was wondering about that too!:tongue_smilie:
  4. You were only in the shower 30 seconds, you can't possibly have gotten clean. Go take another shower, and stay in there at least 2 minutes.
  5. I strongly prefer female dogs. They are more affectionate in my experience.
  6. My favorite: 2 apples 2 carrots 2 celery sticks 1 tomato 1 clove of garlic (might be a little too spicy the first time you juice)
  7. I remember being told at school that if I crossed my eyes, they would stay stuck in that position. There was an elderly lady with crossed eyes at a nursing home we children visited. (we would go at Christmas time to sing carols to the residents) My classmates and I discussed it and were certain that she must have crossed her eyes as a child.
  8. What is it and what sort of problems does it help? My 7yodd has PDD-NOS and is struggling to learn how to read, but her eyes check out as 20/20. No headaches. Should I look into it? How expensive is it? We would have to pay out of pocket for it.
  9. Raw is safe, but not cooked. Cooked bones may splinter and do internal damage.
  10. Methylcobalamine injections have had a tremendous positive effect on my autistic child. From no speech and pull ups to speaking in sentences and being potty trained in one month.
  11. My two children do not look alike, despite being full siblings. One resembles my mother; the other looks like a cross between my dad and my husband's mother.
  12. So glad to hear it's benign. I'll being praying that the 'not totally good' part resolves too and that you are returned to excellent health.
  13. Please tell me your jammies were laying on the floor, and not hung up on a hanger or folded neatly in your drawer. Please!
  14. My 2000 child has always been very active and noisy. My other is much calmer.
  15. Hmmm. Adventure and a tropical beach? You could become castaways on a deserted island paradise for a couple of weeks.:tongue_smilie:
  16. Guess I'm in the minority. We have had 2 frogs in a grow-a-frog container for two years now. They are active and healthy and do not appear to be suffering in the least.
  17. Anatolian and Great Pyrenees are two good choices. As for a donkey, I know they are helpful with coyotes and feral dogs, but I don't know how they would do with a mountain lion.
