kanagnostos
Has anyone seen this site? www.byki.com They have a lot of languages to choose from. I haven't actually tried it out on my ds yet, but I think it would be a good method of finding out how interested the dc is before spending the $$. chai
We've used the free French download. Each lesson is a list of related words. You need to say them and then type them--first translating from French to English and then English to French. My dd really enjoyed it. It wouldn't take the place of a complete language program though.
hmschooling
I just started using the free version today to refresh my spanish so I can teach it to my dc. I think it's pretty great! I never learned the spelling/writing so having to type it in with correct accent marks, etc. is a great thing!
