I have to ask though, at the risk of revealing that grammar is not my strong suit...is that a complete sentence? What is the subject? Is the subject (you) just understood? Understood "you" is the subject, "be" is the verb, "careful" is the predicate adjective, and "very" is the adverb modifying "careful".
