I'll warn my brother. ;) He's near Atlanta as well. Great job for her! One more step away from the mommy apron. Scary for us, wonderful for her! PiCO
My dd17 passed her beginners written test. She is now able to drive on the roads with an adult in the car. Eeek!! Be ready for your dd to start using her passenger side brake when you are driving! I remember realizing that my mother was not a very good driver after I learned how to drive. I'm a good driver, and my dd is much more critical of my driving, now that she's thinking about it. (That's OK with me- she should be thinking about it, and we talk about what I'm doing and why.) Erin's Mom
My daughter was sixteen and a half when she got her learners permit a few months back. I think I have only had to scream STOP one time. It is a learning experience for us both.:D

Heather in Savannah
My 16 yr dd has been driving for almost a yr now. She is a good driver, and I have been able to stop using that "auxiliary" brake pedal on my side. She is eager to get her full license, and other than parallel parking would be ready to take her road test if she could.
