    Dear all, is it possible to use Singapore math with Beast Academy as an supplement? We still be using SM as our main math program. I am only afraid that it will be to much. Because we us SM with IP , CWP en Visuable Mathematics Thinking. I dont know if we shall do NEM/DM or AoPs or boths (if thats possible) in the future when we will end Primairy 5 Standerd adition.

    I am out of inspiration I need some fun ways for my DS who is almost 3 years old to teach him to count. He is not that interested as his older brother. So I hope I can make it more fun for him. Any ideas would help me a lot ...

    Montessori preschool and kindergarten?

    Hi all,

     

    I want to do more montessori at home for my almost DS3 and DS4. So I am searching for a cheap curriculum or way to introduce for example math and reading, writing  to my children.  I also want to improve there fine motor-skills 

     

    What can you recommend me and what are you doing at home with your dear children?

     

    We are already doing singapore math and phonics with my oldest DS.

     

    My Youngest DS is learning a letter every week and we want to do some counting with him

    Sgbox.com sells a teacher guide for the primary for 35 dollar it isn't as much as the HiG but at least explains the singapore way and how to teach it by grade year ,maybe this is a salutation . Sgbox.com sells the original books of singapore though

    Science for kindergarten?

    My DS will be soon 4 years old. I would like to do some fun science activities. Because I live abroad I prefer an ebook or pdf book.

     

    I hope someone can suggest me a good book at kindergarten level.

    which tablet best for homeschooling

    Hi all,

     

    I hope someone can help me out. I want to buy a tablet for my kids. But don't know which one yet. I never bought a tablet before.

     

    I first wanted to buy a nexus 7 but it seems to be to small. I am afraid that it will not be a good tablet for DS. But a 10 inch tablet is also to big. Are there any parents here with a nexus 7?

     

    My DS is almost 4 years old. I really prefer paper books for my DS. But because we don't have enough children english storybooks in the country were I live. I wanted to buy kindle books and download them on my tablet. English will be then his third language . I really want to read many books to him aloud. And a tablet is my only option.

     

    I also travel a lot it would be very handy if I could scan some books we use and put it on my tablet as a pdf file. I really do not want to do a lot of read aloud books and books which he reads in my suitcase.

     

    I hope someone can help me out. I was also thinking of a ipad mini 7,9 inch will that be big enough? I cant buy a kindle fire because amazone does not dilever kindle fire tablets to my country.

    Hi all,

     

    I have seen many good curriculums and books in the USA but unfortunately I cant buy them all because I live overseas. I am especially interested in english kindergarten curriculums with picture and story books.

     

    Because I live too far its eater to expensive to ship , or the company don't deliver to Europa

     

    It would be very nice if I could download pdf curriculums and kindergarten ebooks on my tablet but so far I couldn't find many much.

     

    I was hoping if someone could help me out.

     

    So far I have founded MEP map and starfall. I am hoping for more . Free or with a price.

     

    For math I am using singapore math.

     

    I also travel a lot so I would like to keep my suitcase light. It would be very handy if I would have as much possible in my laptop or tablet.
