Brooks Brothers has a wonderful line of classic, modest clothing. Although they are slightly more expensive than Kohls, the quality of the pieces reduces the replacements needed. After shopping for a few basic pieces, we are done. They also have a Black Fleece line which is cheaper. Watch their sales as well.

Eat those fresh vegetables from the garden. Wonderful tomato/cucumber/onion salad comes to time without any heat to the kitchen. Coleslaws & broccoli salad would be next on my list.

I would encourage you to just always make a point of having your name spelled correctly in all of your correspondence. Perhaps you could gently point out to those who are still struggling to learn with a gentle reminder of the correct spelling. I completely understand your situation because I have a Mom who thought I would be more unique with a special spelling of my name. You know what...I am! Enjoy your little differences!
