Hello, My ds 12 is doing MM5 and he is stucked on various Qs. so which site would help him in understanding MM 5 and 6: www.mastermath.info www.khanacademy.org www.ck12.org and in Mathmammoth book 5 A there is chapter 2 saying using calculators,so my query is that would you allow your kids to use calculators at such young age or should they avoid using calculators?I asked him to do all qs. without calculators and he did all WRONG!How to tackle this situation? Hello Friends, My 11 yo will start Grade 6 in this fall so need to plan for Math. Currently,he is doing T4L Maths,Singapore Maths 5A & 5B and Math Mammoth 5A & 5B. For next year I am confused as what to decide for Prealgebra -Tabletclass Prealgebra or Time4Learning Prealgebra?Beside he would be doing Math Mammoth 6A & 6B. Which Prealgebra option would be strong in your experience? How much daily work does it amount to?
