My son is 4 yrs old and he will be 5 when we start homeschooling. He is attending public PreK right now and we are going to pull him out for K. We were going to home school starting this year but I had a baby in May and I didn't know if I would be able to keep up with everything. I am regretting sending him now. He is so past that level. I am trying to decide what do for next year. He is reading grade 1 books with ease right now. He has completed the LA K Lifepacs and he is working through the math K right now. He still asks to do his school stuff on the weekends and he is flying through the LA, Science and History/Geography Grade 1 life pacs. I honestly do not like the life pacs. They seem a little slow and dry. He is so smart and understands things really fast. I am afraid that if I spend the money and order Abeka K that he will fly through it and I will just have to turn around and order Grade 1. Any suggestions on what to do?
