my personal favorite is when my husband had a certified letter..rang the doorbell and an attractive 16-18 yo girl comes to the door in her underwear..and then her father (yes it really was her father) comes to the door behind her..really?? who does that..i felt embarrassed when my dad saw me in a swimsuit..most of the other stories are more just crazy people trying to get someone's check..funny dogs/scary dogs..and the aforementioned dirty diapers..but the cool thing is people throw a lot of neat renovating materials, books, and household furnishings away..and so my dh can usually find himself a pretty good deal.:001_smile:

when i was teaching piano i used piano adventures most frequently..with children and adults..sometimes a little bit of alfred books..they have a massive library of books for each level..if your children are very young like 3-5 years old, i always taught using alfred's music for little mozarts. the children start playing right away using a finger numbering system on the black notes..and then by the second book, they are reading the music..it's a very slow and steady process appropriate for the very young.

i don't have that exact one..but i have a different brand that they sell at kohls..it comes in a 2 pack, with very beautiful colors.. HOWEVER..when you look at the advertisements for this product, it looks sooo great like it lifts and separates..yadda yadda..i think the product itself is nothing more than a glorified sports bra..which is what i use it for..it makes me look very boyish too..it is comfortable though..and i do wear them around the house a lot..and i do like how the high front of the bra with a vneck can give that layered look when you coordinate the color of the bra to your shirt..so i think that they are great in an everyday way..but i'm not super busty..so i don't really have a support issue, but they don't take the place of regular bras..hope that helps!

my husband is a mailman..and yes they have seen everything..lol. this is definitely no where near the most embarrassing thing that we would have seen that day..do you know some people leave dirty diapers IN their mailbox...seriously??

I have been looking for an art instruction course for my 3 sons (8y-3rd g, 7y-2nd g, and 5y-K) ..preferably a video based course. It doesn't have to be anything crazy challenging..but I would like it to be constructive and enjoyable..I had looked at CBD and found Barry Stebbing's Basic and Intermediate Drawing..This would be great and would fit right into my budget..(I don't really want to spend much over $50 for a program bc I was factoring in the cost of supplies for 3 kids who know how to go through them.) But before I purchased, I wanted to check here for opinions..or even a recommendation for another option. Thanks!

we love it..no problems..i actually switched to singapore from miquon with my first, and now we love math..and singapore is working great for all the other kids.
