I have one and love it!! I have mine on the drawers so it's easy to load/unload. I do wipe out the gasket and leave the door open when I finish washing so that it dries out. I don't use the steam in the washer often but I use it in the dryer all the time. If it's almost half off, go for it!

I won't be staying for the Duggars--it's just too late, and I'm definately not going to spend another night in Cincy.

You'd have to google the model number and find the samsung site, look up the specific printer and it should tell you what toner cartridge it needs. Then you can search the cost of that.
I've been happy with the cartridges that I've purchased from Catridge World...just a sugggestion.
Personally, I am an HP fan when it comes to laser printers. (The toner for my P2035 is around $50 at Cartridge World.) I would guess that I get way more than 2,000 pages out of a cartridge.

6...and get the worksheets as you'll probably need extra practice on some concepts.

We will have a WTM meet-up at some point. Thursday night seemed to work well last year. What does everyone think?

I just bought my ticket for the Cincy convention. Anyone else taken the plunge yet?

My wireless router actually has 4 ports for wired connections. I think you just need a new router.

b has a belly; d has a derriere...my ds thought that was hilarious, and it cemented the idea in his mind. He still made mistakes but he'd mumble under his breath, "b has a..." Eventually, he got them right.

Must be able to pay for their portion of the insurance here--and a lot of the things required above. Lots of hours under their permit. Neither of my teens got their license before they were 17 or 18.

Tim Hawkins was in Kokomo, IN tonight (which happens to be where I grew up), and a bunch of us went to see him. That man is SOOOO funny. He had some new material, but even the old material still makes me laugh. I really needed a light-hearted night!

So I took a modest 100 mg this morning, and I felt like I was burning from the inside. My whole body flushed and felt pin-pricky. It lasted for a good five minutes. My face and hands were bright red. My back felt hot and prickly, too, but I didn't check to see if it was red.
If I'm going to keep this up, I'd like some encouragement that either a) it works or b) the burning is going to subside...
If you're going to take Niacin, take it at night AND take the time-released kind. Be sure you don't have anything sugary near the time you take it. (DH found that milk triggered a lot of flushing for him.) I don't know about effectiveness for depression...but it will help your triglycerides!

Registration is open and the best price is only valid until 11-18. Zoom over to the site and register so we can have another great WTM meeting. :auto:

I hope that one of your local hospitals has a program that can help you. That's the situation we're in--youngest is covered by the state. The rest of us (18 and older) are covered by a local hospital's program. It doesn't cost us anything and has low co-pays for dr visits and such. There's a limited Rx list that's available for $5--otherwise you have to go to a regular pharmacy and pay full price. BUT, we have health care and I'm grateful for it.
You should be able to find an "imaging" center (or something like that) that does ultrasounds and xrays. I'd check their prices before going to the hospital for your test (unless the hospital offers you a **great** deal).

DH took it for cardio reasons and was up to 1500 mgs at one point--that dose caused pretty severe flushing and general discomfort. (It was better if he made sure NOT to ingest anything with sugar close to taking it.) I can't imagine 10,000 mgs a day!

Had my last when I was two weeks shy of 43. It took less than 6 weeks to have a positive test. (My other children were older--9 and 12.)

I love my pull down faucet! I've had it for 4 or 5 years now and it still works wonderfully. (Bought it at Costco for less than $100, too!)

I highly recommend R&S grammar. It's thorough and by the time you've been through book 8, you are DONE with grammar. (At least in my house!) We've never done the writing portions.

I was taught to put the comma in as a child and the curriculum I'm using also teaches it that way.
I merrily put commas in until....I was hired at *mregtjht* (insert age--way too old--here!) to be a copy editor. I was shocked to learn that such use for a comma is OUT.
But I'm still teaching that it's IN!

I'd also use some OTC antibiotic ointment before I spent $$ for the Rx. A Walmart pharmacist told me years ago that their generic antibiotic ointment was safe to use in the eye/eye lid. I've used it several times now without problem.

I own the print version of AAH but wish I'd bought the ebook instead. I've been looking at their site, but there's just not anything I need. I've already bought through Level 6!

DH and I are going out to tonight. It's such a rare event that it's "earthshaking." (We're going to a movie and maybe out to eat.)
Just wanted you to know in case you felt the earthquake in your area.

It is very hard to assume the parenting role for your parents/in-laws, and it's a sad day when you realize that you MUST do so. That is where you are. Somehow, you MUST help and guide them to make good decisions.
I'm so sorry that you are facing this kind of health crisis and that you live far away. That makes the whole thing so much harder. You'll be in my prayers.
Should a homeschool group spend thousands on a website?

I haven't read all of the discussion...my group uses homeschool-life.com for our site. It costs us $5/family/year (I think!). I love it because it's all click and go--I don't have to know anything about web design. It's been a wonderful thing for our group.
