  3. About to do Quick Callanetics: Stomach. Hoping to do some Leslie later today if I have time. It depends on how long I've been up. So far this morning, I've only had water and will likely not be eating anything before working out. If I'm hungry, I might have some nuts or a banana or some other fruit. On the days that I have protein powder, I mix it with almond milk. Good reminder for me and any of us who have a tendency to worry about weight. Focus on habits instead. :)

  5. Tammy, I loved this. Very difficult to read, but I'm so glad that I read this. I read: The Guide to Chinese Horoscopes - and, unfortunately, if the book is correct, 2013 will be a crappy year for moi, which, totally blows. I don't really put much weight into this sort of stuff. Interesting about personalities, however. 4 Stars The Lighthouse - 2 Stars MY RATING SYSTEM 5 Stars Fantastic, couldn't put it down 4 Stars Really Good 3 Stars Enjoyable 2 Stars Just Okay – nothing to write home about 1 Star Rubbish – waste of my money and time. Few books make it to this level, since I usually give up on them if they’re that bad.

  14. I keep trying to wake up early to do a DVD or something, but I'm having a hard time with that lately. Will go swimming in the ocean later today.
  15. I would probably go mostly for vitamin E, but honestly, I think that they're all excellent and would probably rotate - one week each or every day or whatever.
