  1. Ok, we're tossing around terms here that don't quite mean the same thing. You can have muscle strength but not muscle tone. They aren't one in the same. So an activity (martial arts, swimming, etc.) might improve muscle strength but not muscle tone. The OT is working on strength, yes, but they're also working on tone.

     

    I don't think I know the difference. :confused: A little help here? Fill me in!
