It seems like in the past there have been some shipping delays and possibly some incomplete lab packages??? Does anyone have any recent experience? Also, you can't order online, right? I was able to order online, but there was a 3(?) week delay this fall for the lab kit. Good thing I ordered it 2 weeks before I actually needed it! Other than that, though, I've had no complaints. RootAnn Posted October 27, 2014 Share Posted October 27, 2014 I got my copy used - including the lab kit for Year 1 (which has had everything in it except one small part - and it is possible we just lost it when we were getting something else out because it is so small). The first was that my lab kit was missing some pieces and then the text started to come apart. In both instances, the company "made it right" promptly and without hassle.
