shastanarnia
Hi Just wondering...my dd 16 is a good math student, usually an A student, but she seems to be lacking some basic algebra understanding. She did Algebra 1 using Saxon....and I think she didn't get all the concepts. I don't want her to get caught later without some of this....what would you suggest for her to do for a few weeks this summer to brush up on some basic concepts (she's finished geometry and algebra 2)? shea
My daughter used KB Algebra I this year. I feel she needs review and reinforcement with Algebra concepts also. I had planned on having her work through LOF Beginning Algebra this summer (although she's not thrilled with this idea). Another option I'm considering is Yourteacher.com. I just received an e-mail this morning from Homeschoolbuyerscoop.com for a free trial of this lasting until August 31. It includes PreAlgebra, Algebra I and II, and Geometry. You can't beat free! Corraleno
There is no fee for the free access: http://www.homeschoolbuyersco-op.org/yourteacher-freebie/ The service fee is only charged if you purchase the annual subscription. Jackie
