2/16 exercise thread

I have been in a mood and haven't done much the past few days. Yesterday I did about 15 minutes of yoga. Today I did about 15 minutes of yoga and the Lotte Berk Muscle Eats Fat DVD (30 min.). I do feel better. I wanted to walk, but dh got to the treadmill before me so I will try to get that in tomorrow.

I was up from 4:30 - 6:20 with a hungry, whiny 3 yo. So, I slept until 8 which is too late to run because dh has to leave for work. So, I did the 2 indoor workouts. I can feel myself getting stronger because of these videos, but I miss getting outside! If dh gets home before dark, I may do a short 3 mile run tonight. We'll see . . .

I'm taking today off as planned after Saturday's race! Yesterday I could hardly walk (thanks to those nasty hills LOL), but today I'm doing just fine.

 

My running schedule is going to be messed up a bit this week anyway - when I went to pick up Austin's seizure meds yesterday they switched him to a brand new generic. The neurologist wants me to watch him carefully this week while he switches over. In other words... no leaving him alone while I go run the neighborhood! So I'll have to wait for dh to get home, and he's been having to work late. I'll fit it all in though!
