Holly in FL Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 I have my yearly physical this morning...which includes a fasting blood-draw. I just realized, as I was making my son a smoothie for breakfast a little over an hour ago...I dipped the tip of my finger in the smoothie to make sure it tasted to his liking. Now, this was literally just a tiny dip on my finger. Is that going to mess up my results? My appointment is not until 10:40am...and, I'm assuming I won't be having the blood draw until about 11:15am or so. Sigh...
