Cheryl - that's taking it easy?! You are a great swimmer!

 

Snowing like mad here. Did another 45 minutes with Tony Horton and then my ab workout. This is getting old . . .

 

It's taking it easy cause I did nothing to try and swim fast. :tongue_smilie:

 

I'm sorry you have the snow. I'd love it for a couple days! Good job getting your tape done. You will be that much farther ahead when you can go outside and run again!

I ran for 25 minutes, and walked for 10. I actually ran for 25 minutes straight! I really had to push myself. I also did Pilates for 20 minutes. Last night I did 30 minutes on my wii fit.

 

My biggest problem, is despite all the increase activity I'm not losing any weight. :glare: But that might have something to do with all the extra eating I've been doing. :D

Great job Kim! Yeah, the extra eating would do it. Eating less while burning more is hard!
