Colleen
I'm feeling guilty that none of us kept up the daily check-in last week when Cheryl was gone. We must redeem ourselves quickly since she'll be back in a day or two.;) I haven't run yet, since I typically go later in the day. Mondays are usually an easy run for me. I'm glad of that since I'm still hobbling about thanks to Saturday's 19-miler.:tongue_smilie:
Ferdie
Hi Colleen, Good idea to get this thread going. Way to go on your Saturday run! This morning I did upper body weights and light cardio. Here are my stats: 30 minutes eliptical, 2.5 miles, 280 calories burned, 135 avg heart rate. Cheers!
Jennifer in MI
Great idea Colleen! Where did Cheryl go again? Disney - right? Anyway, I ran 4 miles in frigid cold weather this morning. My eyelashes were freezing as my eyes watered. I'm ready for nice weather - NOW! I did a Core workout when I came back in.

Colleen
Where did Cheryl go again? Disney - right? Yes, I think so. Anyway, I ran 4 miles in frigid cold weather this morning. My eyelashes were freezing as my eyes watered. I'm ready for nice weather. Oooh, that frozen eyelash feeling is not comfy. Good for you for getting in 4 miles. I've heard from my dear friend in Michigan and a cousin in Ohio that it's been pretty darn cold out that way!

Colleen
I didn't run - but I swam! :) 2050m I felt great! I'll bet! It amazes me anyone can swim that far. I'd be proud of myself if I went a tenth of that distance. It must feel awesome to be a good swimmer. Good job!
