April in CA
Hi Beth! I have never listened to a podcast (true confession!). Could you tell me how this works? Thanks mucho, April PS Are you using the bio lab guide from Castle Heights? If so, how do you like it? Are the labs easy to do for homeschoolers and do they integrate well with Exploring Life? Thanks again!
Beth in SW WA
Hi Beth!I have never listened to a podcast (true confession!). Could you tell me how this works? Thanks mucho, April Hi April, Click on the link in the website that says "download" and it should start playing immediately. Email the folks at LOL if you have questions. I have a Mac and it downloads to Itunes. Click on the link that says "watch" and you will see a little box come up on your screen w/ the video blurb. Scroll down to see the audio samples. I hope that helps!! I had to email LOL to have them help me at first. PS Are you using the bio lab guide from Castle Heights? If so, how do you like it? Are the labs easy to do for homeschoolers and do they integrate well with Exploring Life? Thanks again! Yes, Castle Heights can be used w/ any Bio program. We are slowing Bio down a bit since I'm not putting it on ds's 8th grade. I want it to count for 9th. Bio is time-consuming! When Bio puts Latin in the #2 spot, it must be tough! Granted, its his first tough textbook class w/ lots of vocab to memorize. .
April in CA
thank you, Beth!! I will give this a whirl. yes, the Bio - Exploring Life is time consuming - even in 9th grade! my son really is enjoying the on-line/CD component. He says it is very helpful in mastering the concepts, plus it is fun! Blessings, April
