Colleen Posted January 6, 2009 Share Posted January 6, 2009 I recently purchased the latest version of Rosetta Stone German and Spanish. (We like this latest version very much, btw.) Each came with a headset, but from the get-go we've had problems with the darn things and can't get the microphone set-up to work properly. Anyone else have issues with this? zetpal Posted January 6, 2009 Share Posted January 6, 2009 Started out ok, but now looking into getting ours replaced- mic wires pulled right out of the circuit board inside the USB connect. Rhondabee Posted January 6, 2009 Share Posted January 6, 2009 Probably all computers are different, but we had to (Individually) set the microphone and the speakers of the headphone as the default. And then, we had to figure out how to un-mute them. It's been a while, so the details escape me. I *did* think ours was a lemon, as well, before getting all the settings right.
