That is a good read and will be motivating. I am reading Animal, Vegetable, Miracle and it is also a very motivating good read. I want to go plant a garden right now!

Nina Planck has two good books. I have read "What to Eat and Why" and have heard her other book, "Real Food" is very good too.

Good Calories, Bad Calories is a good one.

Happy Reading!!!

It's an excellent read. And I second Animal, Vegetable, Miracle, too. I'm reading Marion Nestle's What to Eat right now, which is more about the health end of things and less about the ethics of eating. Michael Pollan has a new book out, too, but I haven't read it yet.

I'm needing something to motivate me to get back to good, whole foods, healthy eating again.
Absolutely. If this doesn't motivate, I'm not sure what would. :)
