Harriet Vane
Someone dear to me had a very, very tough upbringing and is dealing with some depression. This person wants therapy and is having a very hard time finding resources. Bewildered by the whole process. He's in his early twenties. BCBS insurance. He's lived in Utah less than a year and loves it there, but doesn't know a whole lot of people. I'm on the other side of the country, just trying to help throw some resources his way. Thanks for any recommendations or suggestions.
maize
I know people in the Provo area who have experience with therapists, I'll ask.

almondbutterandjelly
If it's BCBS Federal, they have Telehealth services by Teladoc. You can find them through the fepblue.org website. Or they list the Teladoc number, 1-855-636-1579. It looks like Teladoc includes mental health as well as regular health. (I mean they have this in addition to regular in person stuff.)
