PiCO
Pretty sure this is a record cold. I'm so glad the bus picks up dd right in front of our house! It's supposed to warm up to 19 later today, and then up to low 30's for the rest of the week. I can take one or two days of extreme cold, but I don't like when it's cold for a whole week. At least I have a well-insulated house! ;)

laughing lioness
It's -11 right now- we had -30/40 winds chill last night. The house was rocking and rolling. Thank-God for window plastic and lots of quilts!

JFSinIL
It was 4 when I had to drive DD to high school to meet with a teacher at 6:30 am. It is 6 now and I refuse to walk the dog before youngest dd starts school here.
