Quick question re: Quinoa - would type of marinade or dressing to toss and serve under steak stir fry?

I have some left over quinoa.  Tonight's dinner will be steak stir - fry which I haven't made in a while.   Will stir fry steak strips, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms and maybe sugar snap.  I can't remember the name of the green chinese green pea that looks like sugar snap.

What would your "add-ins" be for steak stir fry?

QUINOA - I was thinking of making a sauce that came on my honey walnut shrimp recipe and the sauce is used with noodles.  Something like mayo, little honey, little milk and stir in to quinoa.  ????  Layer stir fry on top on quinoa?

Good?  No?  Other suggestions?

I would use a sauce after stir frying the vegetables and steak and use that to moisten the quinoa. Sounds very yummy!

Thanks!  It actually turned out good.  DH said he really liked it so YAY!  Thanks!   I added pistachios to the stir fry too! 🙂

I started making my Quinoa with chicken broth instead of water. Totally elevates the Quinoa, I totally overeat Quinoa now.
