Jenny in Florida Posted June 16, 2021 Author Share Posted June 16, 2021 I can't determine whether it's because I finally went swimming last night or because I forgot to refill my Lyrica prescription or because it's Wednesday or for some other random reason, but I woke up feeling like I had been run over by a freight train overnight. I did get out for a walk, but managed only a slow 3K. Followed up with kind of a "placeholder" set of leg/arm exercises, all standing (because I wasn't sure I could get up again if I got down on the floor) and fewer reps than usual, focusing on stretching. Hoping I can figure out a way to still reach my step goal for the day, but it may be a challenge. Got tons of exercise helping dd and dsil with their huge interstate move this weekend. Such fun to help them get set up. Today I have a walk scheduled with a friend.
