Well, I managed to oversleep and still get under five hours of actual rest. I'm just talented like that, I guess.

I did get out for a quick walk, just over 3K, which puts me within easy distance of finishing my 500K challenge with my evening walk today. No leg/arm exercise so far, because I had to get to work pretty much immediately after the walk, but I am nurturing a small hope of doing something if I can take a mid-morning break.

Hope everyone else is having a slightly less rushed morning!
