Advanced Senior English- any reviews you can provide me?

I asked about this recently and got one review. The gist was it was a solid, but rather lightweight course (relative to other BT English classes). The first six or so weeks were spent on writing admissions essays. My DD would be taking it after both AP Lit & AP Lang, so solid/light is exactly what we’re looking for!

My DS already has 4 solid English credits at the end of this year. Like your DD, this year has been heavy with AP Lit as well as other AP classes.

Yes, I saw that it was a different instructor too. 

Great question. I guess getting an accurate description of this class might prove faulty if the teacher is new this year.

Ooo, @MamaSprout I missed the teacher change. I’m still going to register DD for it; we’ve had great experiences with BT even when going in blind with a brand new teacher as we did this year with Ashley Porter for Honors Pre-Calc. She’s been terrific!
