Tree Frog
What are some outside/low risk things we can do in Charlotte? When we drop my ds off at college this weekend, we'll be traveling a bit further to see my mom in Charlotte. She's mobile and doesn't mind walks/short hikes. Her sister will also likely be with us part of the time, but she's 7 years older than my mom, so less likely to get out and hike, though she may take easy walks. I'll also have my 2 young adults with me. Thank you.
Pawz4me
Bumping for you. The two things that come to my mind are Lake Norman State Park and Crowders Mountain State Park. Those aren't right in Charlotte, though, but I think within a 30-60 minute drive.
medawyn
The Botanical Gardens at UNCC are open and have been reasonably easy to social distance. Editing to add Wing Haven is also open (garden and bird sanctuary), although with limited hours and an appointment. It’s small and lovely, though.
