lulubelle
I had two confirmation calls for the orthodontist (one a real person and two days later a recorded confirmation the morning of. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I went. It was closed. I had one yesterday from the eye doctor and called right after to make sure it was also closed. I’m confused that a person can not go into the office to stop the calls or create a new one that says they are closed till further notice. As long as they are not seeing patients, it seems perfectly reasonable to stop the calls.
Forget-Me-Not
Yes. Our orthodontist cancelled all appointments but I was still getting reminder texts and emails. I called them to make sure we didn't still have an appointment and they said they were having trouble figuring out how to stop the notifications. athena1277
Are they not calling everyone who has appointments to tell them they are closed? My 2 older kids have ortho appointments in 3 weeks and I figured they would call and cancel and maybe attempt to reschedule.
