Needing some inspiration/ideas for a poetry study

Recommended Posts

Poetry is one area that we haven't properly covered. We did all the easy bits a few years ago eg haiku, limerick, couplets etc.

It's time for us to circle back to it and tackle something meatier, and actually do some analysis. I just don't know where to start looking for ideas.

And realistically, we probably wouldn't spend more than a couple of months on poetry, so something that is a good overview and gives a sound general knowledge would be ideal.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Thank you 🌻
