RootAnn Posted October 31, 2018 Share Posted October 31, 2018 So, DH had a young co-worker wonder outloud about his fist bump explosion, as in, "What's that?" This lead to a discussion about whether there's a more up to date way to do a 'high five'. (I had no idea fist bumps were a thing all the way back in 2011 ... or 2009 according to one link I found. I only know the date because I graduated high school in 2004 and remember one of my dad's students at his community college taught me it when I was visiting dad at work after an AP exam. Although you would say 'pound it's when you wanted to fist bump. All that to say, I'm not sure what the new thing is.
