Do you purchase a ready made hibiscus tea or make your own? How much do you drink daily? I look forward to hearing your thoughts. KungFuPanda Posted August 8, 2018 Share Posted August 8, 2018 I purchased loose tea in bulk on amazon and make a pitcher at a time for Dh. He does a combination of things to manage bp, so I can’t say how much the tea is helping.
