That was a big deal for me because it was the first big 'home maintenance" thing that I have done since separating from my STBX. It went smoothly but the back yard ended up looking like a great place for dirt bikes to race. Finally the installer came back and put down loam and seed ...... and the grass is just staring to grow! This makes me very happy! I was afraid I was watering it too much, or too little, and started to worry I would just have a permanent mud pit out back, but I did it! I grew grass!
