She actually didn't have much of a base of geometry knowledge at all, so I'm having her work through the geometry chapter in Lial's BCM right now. The student did not have a parent at home who could really teach math, and they tried to do it with video type courses. She was struggling, so they sought out a tutor. She is behind some in capability, too, but we are making progress. She will most likely attend the local technical college, at least at first.
