athena1277
I know there was a place that listed some corrections for the new GWTM, but I can’t find it. Could someone please post the link? Here is my question that may be a typo. In lesson 72, in exercise A and B there are sentences with the subordinating works “as if” and “as though” that are labeled as subordinating conjunctions in the key. In the lesson it says they are adverbs. Is this a typo? Can these words be adverbs or subordinating conjunctions? If so, how can you tell the difference? cintinative
I have submitted a lot of corrections. They have put some of them up on the website here but there are a lot that are not there yet. https://welltrainedmind.com/corrections/corrections-student-workbook-1-grammar-well-trained-mind/ https://welltrainedmind.com/corrections/core-instructor-text-grammar-well-trained-mind/ https://welltrainedmind.com/corrections/key-student-workbook-1-grammar-well-trained-mind/
cintinative
ETA: I am looking at my key. I see the ones you mean, and I did not mark errors. I might have missed them. It's been awhile--I would want to review this again. You might want to post the entire sentences and ask the Hive what they think about it being an SC or an adverb.
