Matryoshka
Just got a letter from some "International Honour Society" (with the 'u', lol) that claims that they work with dd's university to identify the top 15% of students and invite them to their lovely club, for a $95 one-time fee, of course. This has nothing to do with the Honors program at the university, which she's currently not in (transfer student), although she'll probably apply this semester to do Departmental Honors (slightly different than the full program). Anyway, they claim to offer professional networking, mentoring and grad school guidance, scholarship $, but do they really just want my $95 and it's bunk, like that High School who's who book everyone gets invited to put their kids' name in? Just wondering if anyone's heard of it and has opinions, quick before the board disappears! ;)
