jjeepa
I'm looking at this course for 9th grade ancient history, and would love to hear from anyone who has used this course. The reviews are pretty good on the site, but I'm wondering if it's a good fit for a 9th grader. Too rigorous, dry?
stephinsocal
We loved it. The lecturer is lively and engaging: perfect for a 9th grader.
Momto6inIN
We are using it right now with my 8th and 10th graders and it's great! Very engaging. We are using Foundations of Western Civ in conjunction with it and although they like the Foundations guy fine the Ancient World guy is clearly their favorite. My 8th grader does fine taking notes and being engaged in the material. Sent from my Z988 using Tapatalk
beas
It looks like an amazing course. We are also planning on using this and the Western Civilization. Did anyone use a textbook with this?

Did anyone use a textbook with this?We are using Streams of Civilization I with them right now, and it's fine, but I think our next time through we will switch to the K12 high school world history book, I can't think of the exact title right now and I'm away from home ... something like "Our World Story" maybe? And chapter summaries as output. Sent from my Z988 using Tapatalk
