We used our old one all the time, but it got dropped a few too many times and finally exploded open (seriously, it was just sitting on the floor and blew open with the sound of a gunshot!). It was a cheap plastic and paper one from Target. I'm looking on Amazon but there are so many options. My preferences are: -No bells and whistles. No lights, no sounds, no "anti-gravity technology". Just a plain old-school globe. -Antique shading. -A tilt. My kids like exploring the sun and seasons and all that. -Fairly sturdy, so I can send my (young, clumsy) kids to get it whenever they have a relevant question.
