MBM
I'm interested, too.
Lawana
I drive a 2009 Highlander with 128,000 miles on it. I like the size, configuration, comfort. Mine is a 4 cyl and is powerful enough for me, but ds thinks it should have more ooomph lol. And it makes the top 10 list of vehicles most likely to reach 200,000 miles. Which is important to me because I have driven each of my last 3 vehicles well over that.
prairiewindmomma
Well, I have tall kids and the backseat in the Highlander was way too crowded. I absolutely loved everything else about the vehicle.
SebastianCat
I just bought a car and we looked at the Highlander, but my 15 year old DS, who is about 5'9" and not done growing, wouldn't fit in the back seat. I don't need a 3rd row often, but when I do, it's for hauling a group of teenagers, so I need it to be useable space. We ended up buying a Honda Pilot, but there were only a few differences between the Pilot and Highlander. The Highlander had more useable storage space in the front row, and the trim we were looking at had power and USB outlets for the 2nd row, which the Pilot does not have. prairiewindmomma
I had the same experience driving the Pilot. :) The Toyota ac was slightly cooler as well. There are very few hybrid family vehicles out there. It's really frustrating.
