shawthorne44
I got a Horrible Histories boxed set off ebay and her daddy has been reading the ancients books to daughter at bedtime. She actually cried/whined a little last night when she was told that they would have to hold off on reading the next book. They finished the ancients book. Bedtime was about 1.5 hours late because her dance recital was last night, so I'm not mad about the whining, but she was genuinely disappointed. Guest
My kids LOVE the books and the show. Such a great series! Glad she is enjoying it so much. Hope you get a restful day after the recital. Those are exhausting!
Miss Tick
We were reading a different bedtime story last night and youngest dd broke in with an anecdote she remembered from reading one of those books. Score! I love that. My kids read them multiple times. Footwear time through they only read the cartoons and i despair their education and regret any money i spent on shipping. Then they read then again but I assume they are just rereading the comics so I try to ignore them. By the third or fourth time I see those in someone's hand, though, I figure they have probably read the whole thing by accident if not on purpose.
