AK_Mom4
Possibly too small of sample to be sure. I look forward to reading more about this research. I will say that this matches my own experience so I am likely to believe it. I am an insulin-dependent diabetic and was unable to lose any weight even with heavy exercise until I got fitted for an apnea mouth guard. Anecdotes are not science, but I think this has possibilities.

Guest
It's true for me. I cannot lose weight and can barely maintain when I'm not sleeping. Which is awesome with babies who refuse to sleep. Ugh.
