GeoKitty
I am considering EIW for next year, if simply writing each day based on the great advice I've gotten here before doesn't work for my son. Or optimally, doing both. He needs help organizing his essays, and with speed mostly. Could someone tell me the time commitment requirement, on average? Please. Time per day/ days per week. Does it take all year? Thank you.
MerryAtHope
I always use EiW as half of my students' English credit. We only spend 30 minutes per day on writing (and then 30 minutes on literature, and sometimes a bit more for discussions and lit guides etc...). One of mine would finish EiW in a year doing it that way (we do writing daily), but the other who needed a lot more focus on rewriting would usually not get to a couple of the essays. I was okay with using it at each student's pace though. Edited February 23, 2017 by MerryAtHope
