Jaybee
There are a lot of them on Amazon. This will be for a rather simple wedding.
ErinE
Have you heard of the bullet journal method? Before it was a thing, I ended up using a notebook and making lists, gluing in pictures, and writing down my thoughts. It was portable and adaptable to my specific wants and needs. Here's a few examples: http://littlecoffeefox.com/2016/06/12/planning-a-wedding-in-the-bullet-journal-part-one-budget/ http://samgranger.co.nz/2016/08/30/wedding-planning-bujo-flip-through/
Jaybee
I think she will want something that is already put together somewhat. We lived overseas for years, and I haven't had much to do with a wedding or anything to do with one since my own, 35 years ago! I think they will need one that helps them think through everything, even though much of it may be left blank due to a tight budget. I don't think I will be much help, due to how things have changed so much, and I just don't remember!
wonderchica
You could get The Happy Planner and add the Wedding Extension pack. Add in some of their wedding or general organization stickers and call it a day.
