We have been using rs a this year and I really love the program. Wondering if I should stick with a concept and review through games etc until a skill is mastered or am I ok moving on knowing level b reviews much?

 

I have been looking at MEP and thinkinh of supplementing with that to help with the firm grasp of numbers 1-10 do they go together well? Or are they too different in scope and sequence?

First edition or second edition? First reviews a lot in B, second not as much.

 

And, It sort of depends on which skill. Recognising the numbers is pretty critical to master. Pairs that make ten less so.

The cards: bead cards, tallly mark cards and finger cards are very good for numbers too. Play the games!

2nd edition. Yes- ds is struggling with recognizing numbers. We have been doing the games as they come up as well as once a week, but I think adding in more may be what I need to do to make this skill solid.
