umsami Posted December 18, 2016 Share Posted December 18, 2016 So, I've decided that I'm going to try and incorporate more smoothies into the kids' breakfasts and veggie or bean soups as part of our dinner this winter. Somehow, we've gone away from eating a ton of fruits and veggies, to not much...and this is an easy way to get some into the kids, including the picky eaters. So, what are your favorites? Our typical smoothies are orange juice + frozen fruit (usually berries) + yogurt. We also make "banana milk" with frozen bananas and either dairy/coconut/almond milk + vanilla.
